SOLAR REC Attestation Form
Use this form to establish yourself as the owner of a qualified generating facility that is solar. It is needed to establish your REC trading account.
NON-SOLAR REC Attestation Form
Use this form to establish yourself as the owner of a qualified generating facility that is non-solar. It is needed to establish your REC trading account.
Major System Change Form
Use this form to report major changes to your generating system, including changes in ownership, location, generating capacity, or major equipment (solar panels, inverters, or meters).

Renewable Energy Compliance Certification Forms
Annual affidavit to be filed with the Board of Public Utilities certifying that a generating facility continues to operate in conformity with New Jersey's renewable energy portfolio standards at N.J.A.C. 14:4-8.4 through 8.6. Forms include: The Solar Renewable Energy Certificate form; The Class I Renewable Energy Certification form; The Class II Renewable Energy Certification form.
