The New Jersey REC and SREC tracking system was transitioned to the Generation Attributes System (GATS) administered by PJM-EIS.

GATS account holders may log in to GATS by following this link.  All accounts that were hosted on the platform previously administered by Clean Power Markets have now been transitioned to GATS; account holders should log into GATS using the link provided above.

GATS accounts must be used for reporting year 2010 and all future New Jersey SRECs and RECs.  If you previously had an SREC account with Clean Power Markets, that account has been automatically transitioned to GATS and you do not need to set up your own account with PJM-EIS.  You should have received an email from PJM-EIS on or around July 1, 2009 with information on how to access your new SREC tracking system account to manage reporting year 2010 SRECs and RECs.  If you did not, please contact the GATS administrator at the address provided below.

The New Jersey SREC tracking system previously managed by Clean Power Markets is now closed and all accounts have been transitioned to GATS.  To activate or use your GATS account, click on the link provided above.
